Licensed first
We won't offer a service until we hold the Texas licenses and registrations it requires. No shortcuts, no gray areas.
Cooling division launching soon
Sailor is a new Texas company building toward cooling that feels dependable: comfort, efficiency, and heat resilience, with Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin as its first focus markets. Solar, electrical, and metals & mining are on the roadmap.
We're not offering services yet. Join the list and you'll hear from us first when we launch.
Why Sailor
Long Texas summers make reliable cooling part of everyday life for homes, businesses, and the people inside them. Sailor exists to build a cooling company Texans can count on, starting with the groundwork done properly.
We're early, and we'd rather say so plainly. Right now we're laying the foundation: licensing, people, and partners. When Sailor is ready, you'll hear it from us first.
We won't offer a service until we hold the Texas licenses and registrations it requires. No shortcuts, no gray areas.
A Texas company, built for Texas. We plan to serve the whole state, with Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin as our first focus markets.
Straight answers about where we are and what's next. You'll always know what Sailor does, and what it doesn't do yet.
Our north star is simple: helping Texans stay comfortable and resilient through the hottest parts of the year.
The roadmap
Cooling is where Sailor starts. Every division after it waits for the right Texas licenses, registrations, and people.
Our founding division and first focus: comfort, efficiency, and heat resilience for Texas homes and businesses.
A planned division exploring how Texas sunshine can power Texas comfort. In development, not yet offered.
A planned division to round out the energy side of the business. In development, not yet offered.
Sailor's long-range ambition: extending into the materials side of the industry, over time.
No division offers services until it's properly licensed in Texas.
Cooling, first
Areas Sailor's cooling division plans to focus on once it launches. This is our direction, not a menu of services available today.
Helping Texas households stay comfortable through long summers, with clear communication every step of the way.
Keeping offices, shops, and workplaces livable for the people who spend their days inside them.
An approach that takes energy use seriously, so comfort and responsibility go hand in hand.
Thinking ahead about extreme heat, so Texans are better prepared when the hottest days land.
Where we're headed
Sailor plans to cover the whole state, with Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin as main focus markets, and communities across Texas.
Gulf Coast
North Texas
South Central Texas
Central Texas
And communities across Texas. Statewide coverage is the plan, with these four cities as the starting focus.
These are planned markets. Sailor has no offices and offers no services in any city yet.

FAQ
No, not yet. Sailor doesn't currently hold a Texas TDLR Air Conditioning & Refrigeration contractor license, so we don't install, repair, maintain, or service AC or refrigeration equipment today. We'll offer services only once we're properly licensed. Join the list and we'll let you know when that happens.
Not at this time. Sailor isn't taking appointments or giving prices for any work. For a current need, please contact a TDLR-licensed contractor. You can check a contractor's license on the TDLR website.
Sailor plans to cover all of Texas, with Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin as our main focus markets, and communities across Texas. Pick your focus city when you join the list so we know where interest is.
No. Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin are planned focus markets. Sailor doesn't have offices or crews in any city yet and doesn't offer services anywhere until it's properly licensed.
Both are planned divisions that come after cooling. Neither has a launch date yet, and each will launch only after the required Texas licenses and registrations are in place. Pick them on the waitlist form to hear about progress.
Metals & mining is Sailor's long-term vision. It's further out than our other divisions, and we'll share more when there's real news.
